F*ck it, Just Go.

Dear readers/late night internet creeps/past loves/stalkers/family/friends/haters/and web trolls:

It’s time for the great unknown, another grand adventure awaits!

Over the past ew months, I’ve been seeding my “what’s next” across the internet..in my bio….in some instagram captions…so here’s the next vision I’m ready to start crossing off my life list: I’ve always dreamed of combining poetry with traveling the world.

The main goal is to be a nomadic poet. I want to hit a million places, cross paths with as many people as possible, and use the power of conversation to inspire and connect with souls all over the globe.

It’s finally happening…here’s the kicker: I’ve never left the country and I have no idea what I’m doing…(but f*ck it, I’m doing it anyway.)

I’m in the last leg of planning and preparing to embark on my next great adventure overseas…and to be honest with y’all, I’m terrified. That’s one of the main points of life though right? Always do the thing that scares you. It’s how we keep life exciting. It’s how we truly live.

In general, I’ve never really traveled much so I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to the tricks of the trade. Not only will this be a grand adventure, but it will be the worlds greatest journey of, “Natalie absolutely winging it.” It’s gonna be fun! I’ve always been blessed with good luck when it comes to taking leaps of faith and attempting things that I have no experience with, so I should be alright. Though, this this feels much different that when I moved to NYC. It’s bigger. It’s forgein. It’s farther away…I have no idea what’s going to happen when I get there or when I’m coming back…

Part of me is conciously aware this is meant to be a solo trip…the other half obnoxiously dreams of a travel companion.

Adventure, much like success, is best when shared.

I’ll be taking on this trip with nothing but my luggage and my sketchbook… writing every step of the way. In a way, my readers (you) will be my European partners in crime, and I can only hope to do ya’ll justice in showing you the world through my eyes (and words.)

More to come on where I’ll be.

Love,
Nat
