One of the most beautiful lessons I’ve learned from horses is when to let go.

Sometimes in life, we hold on too tight to the things that aren’t meant for us. We are afraid to let go and lack trust that everything is going to be okay.

More often than not, when we finally find the courage to let it go, there is nothing to fear. There is only freedom.
